Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled shift. It's going to be really busy so give yourself enough time. If you are going to be late, please call immediately so that you don't keep folks waiting without warning.
The Bare Chest Calendar Season starts to wind down at the seasons last Street Fair at Castro Street Fair. Volunteers are needed to help in the Bare Chest Castro Booth to support the Calendar Men in their sales efforts including keeping the booth organized, collecting payment for Calendars, and working with the Administrative Coordinator to get all the Calendars signed in a timely manner, and filed alphabetically by name for pick up. A volunteer for this job should be able to work well under pressure, be pleasant and agreeable at all times, know how to handle money, and be willing to pitch in as needed.
There are three shifts for the Bare Chest Castro Street Fair Booth. The early shift starts just before the street fair begins. The middle shift occurs during the busiest and most hectic part of the day. The final shift will work until the end of the street fair and will assist with the tear down of the booth. |
