The Volunteer Team will have the opportunity to occupy various roles within the garden, sharing their wealth of knowledge, expertise and passion with those in our community. Whether you're a novice or expert gardener we have volunteer opportunities for everyone!
Desired Qualifications:
- Have a passion for gardening
- Organizational and Communication skills
- Reliable
- Able to collaborate with others
- Willingness to work as part of a team and have fun
Duties Include:
- Liaising with the public
- Acting as Garden Hosts
- Assisting with garden demonstrations and workshops
- Program preparation (development, setup, material prep, takedown)
- Mentoring other volunteers
- Website development
Working conditions:
Indoor/Outdoor, Standing/Sitting, Light lifting
