Description: |
Luminato Ambassadors provide an essential role by warmly welcoming and actively engaging with guests during the Luminato Festival (June 5-14, 2009). This large corps of volunteers is integral in helping to create and enhance the visitor’s experience and act as the face of Luminato.
The ideal “Ambassador”:
• possesses excellent customer service skills
• enjoys working with a diverse group of people
• is a lover of the arts and the city of Toronto
• wants to make a difference in the lives of everyone they come across.
Roles include greeting guests at performances and events, ushering non traditional venues, assisting passengers on and off the shuttle boat and distributing Luminato literature to promote and encourage guest participation in various Luminato events.
