City of Roseville - Environmental Utilities

Mission Statement: The Environmental Utilities Department includes the divisions that provide all water, wastewater (sewer) and solid waste (garbage) utility services to Roseville's residents, businesses and schools. The Department also administers the City's Stormwater Management Program.

In compliance with state and federal requirements, the City of Roseville has a stormwater management program. Under this program, the City educates and involves the community in stormwater pollution prevention, regulates stormwater run-off from construction sites, investigates discharges to the storm drains and eliminates water pollution from daily operations of the City .
